What is the Kia Care Plan?
Up to 10 years of worry-free driving – sign a cost-effective Kia Care Plan.
When purchasing a new Kia, it is recommended to take out a care plan. The Kia Care Plan starts on the same day as the new car’s warranty, i.e., from the registration date. The first invoice covers the current and upcoming billing periods, and thereafter you always pay in advance according to the chosen billing interval.
The monthly Kia Care Plan covers Kia authorized service and repair costs. This way, you know your car service costs in advance and can be sure your car is always fully serviced. By paying a fixed monthly fee, you can service and repair the car at any Kia service center in Finland throughout the contract term.
You can also sign the plan afterward. The plan takes effect when all monthly payments from the car’s delivery month have been paid retroactively. If you change your car during the plan, the old contract is terminated and a new Kia Care Plan is made for the new car. When the owner of the car changes, remember to cancel the care plan via the customer portal. The cancellation period is 1 month.
Now also available for used cars – Kia Care Plan
Used Kia cars, as well as imported cars, are eligible for the Kia Care Plan if the car has been serviced according to the maintenance program. The care plan for used cars starts from the last scheduled service.
What does the Kia Care Plan cover?
The plan covers repairs caused by normal use, including parts and accessories, as well as scheduled maintenance according to the car’s current service program. During maintenance, bulbs and wiper blades may be replaced, and the air conditioning system serviced if needed. Note that the care plan does not cover damage caused by accidents or other external factors.
